loud noiseroom change
The room seemed a bit outdated. The bathroom extractor fan made a constant, loud noise I found difficult to ignore. I had to ask twice for a room change before they agreed to move me, a little annoying.. the process should have been smoother. not exactly the relaxing experience i wanted.

my one night here proved lovely. the courtyard room offered nice views. the hotel felt warm and cozy. the location was perfect for exploration. the friendly staffs were really good and efficient, check-in was very quick. early arrive wasn't any problem and they rang me that the room was ready.
a very minor point, i did notice some peeling paint near the bar area fireplace, it was quite small though.

the room overlooked the rear courtyard and was spacious. a fridge were in my room. they provided welcome treats upon arrival. my comfortable bed made rest easy. i love my spacious room very much.

common areas felt so homey. i really loved reading and relaxing there, and the laptop area was perfect to do some work. breakfast had tons of options and it was super excellent. the selection was vast, with pastries, fruit, and hot dishes, i tried everything!
the bar service felt a little slow, specially when it gets busy, this can be a problem.
