adequate stay with some hiccups
loud noise room change
The room seemed a bit outdated. The bathroom extractor fan made a constant, loud noise I found difficult to ignore. I had to ask twice for a room change before they agreed to move me, a little annoying.. the process should have been smoother. not exactly the relaxing experience i wanted.

the room was a main house superior. i liked the size it was very spacious. the bed felt supportive and the bathroom was very clean. i really liked the complimentary toiletries, they smelled nice.

cozy feeling perfect location friendly staff efficient check-in
my one night here proved lovely. the courtyard room offered nice views. the hotel felt warm and cozy. the location was perfect for exploration. the friendly staffs were really good and efficient, check-in was very quick. early arrive wasn't any problem and they rang me that the room was ready.
a very minor point, i did notice some peeling paint near the bar area fireplace, it was quite small though.

staffs were amiable and happy to help if i need anything. i saw staff assisted me with getting my bags. the front desk works with local repair shop. every member of staff gave excellent service.

the room overlooked the rear courtyard and was spacious. a fridge were in my room. they provided welcome treats upon arrival. my comfortable bed made rest easy. i love my spacious room very much.

there are a lovely spa and pool, all very close to the comfortable bedroom. i noted parking was excellent and had plenty of spaces. the hotel offers a pool, jacuzzi and spa. a beautiful spa area looks inviting.

i stayed in a main house superior room. the room had air conditioning, very welcome. wifi access covered the entire hotel. i found it easy to stay connected ..
during my stay, i noted limited choices in the bar area. only hawkstone was available on tap. i prefer a wider variety of beers.

Breakfast had amazing options. I especially liked the eggs benedict. The staff were friendly and helpful during check in. The room offered nice decoration and felt very clean.
the room did not feature a fridge or air conditioning though they arranged a portable fridge for us.

homey area excellent breakfast hot dishes
common areas felt so homey. i really loved reading and relaxing there, and the laptop area was perfect to do some work. breakfast had tons of options and it was super excellent. the selection was vast, with pastries, fruit, and hot dishes, i tried everything!
the bar service felt a little slow, specially when it gets busy, this can be a problem.
